We deliver across all 64 districts of Bangladesh. Charges depend on the delivery area and parcel weight, and the exact amount is always shown at checkout before you confirm.
1. Delivery areas, charges and timelines

2. Maximum delivery time
Following the Digital Commerce Operation Guidelines, we deliver within 5 days when you are in the same city as us and within 10 days for other cities and districts. Most orders arrive sooner, as shown in the table above.
3. Which rate applies to me?
The inside-Dhaka rate applies when you choose Dhaka as your district at checkout. Every other district uses the outside-Dhaka rate. Weight is rounded up to the next kilogram above the included weight.
4. What happens after you order
- We confirm your order by phone, pack it and hand it to our courier partner.
- The rider calls the mobile number you gave at checkout before arriving. Please keep it reachable.
- You can open and check the parcel before paying. See our warranty policy.
- Pay the rider in cash. See payment.
5. Tracking your order
Use Track Order with your order ID and the phone number you ordered with to see the latest status.
6. Delays
Weather, public holidays, political events or courier issues can cause delays. If your parcel is late, contact us at +880 1843-892344 and we will check with the courier.
