This page explains what information we collect when you use our website, why we need it and who we share it with. We only collect what we need to deliver your orders and support you.

1. Information we collect

• When you order: name, mobile number, optional alternative number, delivery address, district and any delivery note.
• If you create an account: name, email, phone number and a securely hashed password (we never store the password itself).
• When you contact us: the name, phone, optional email and message you send.
• When you write a review: your rating and comment; guest reviewers also give an order ID, phone number and name so we can confirm the purchase.
• If you subscribe to updates: the email or phone number you enter.

2. How we use it

• to process, deliver and support your orders, including calling you about delivery,
• to let you track orders and keep your cart and wishlist on your account,
• to answer your messages and handle warranty or replacement requests,
• to show verified reviews and prevent fake ones,
• to send stock and launch updates, only if you subscribed (you can ask us to stop at any time).

3. Who we share it with

We share your name, phone number and address with our courier partner only to deliver your parcel. We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

4. Cookies and browser storage

We use a small number of cookies and browser storage to make the site work:

• your cart and wishlist, so they are still there when you come back,
• your light/dark theme, language choice and recent searches,
• a login session cookie if you sign in.

We don't use these for advertising. Clearing your browser data removes them.

5. How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed to provide warranty support and meet accounting and legal requirements. You can delete your account from your profile, or ask us to delete the information that we are not required to keep.

6. Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop receiving updates, by contacting us at [email protected] or +880 1843-892344.
